By accessing and using the Clinix platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Clinix provides a healthcare technology platform designed to manage communications, reports, appointments, laboratory workflows, and patient engagement (the "Service").

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Healthcare Compliance

You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable healthcare laws, including HIPAA. Clinix acts as a Business Associate where applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Clinix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
